Our indigenous satellite attitude simulator SACSTOR, which we showcased for the first time at SAHA EXPO 2026 with the aim of ending foreign dependency in satellite testing processes, has made a massive impact in the defense and aerospace ecosystem as well as in the national press.
While this innovative deep-tech product we developed was examined by industry professionals throughout the exhibition, it was also widely covered by our country’s leading news agencies and defense industry publishing platforms.

The Emphasis on “Ending Foreign Dependency” in the National Press
The news content predominantly highlighted SACSTOR’s direct contribution to Turkey’s vision of independence in space technologies. While headlines such as “A critical step in indigenous space technology” and “Foreign dependency in satellite tests is ending” came to the forefront in the media, SPACROL’s R&D strength based in ODTÜ Teknokent was strongly underlined.
We would like to thank the esteemed members of the press and defense media who showed great interest in the systems we developed.
